All products sold through the Site are VR headset accessories designed for Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest 3S. These are third-party accessories and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings, and we do not guarantee that your device will accurately display product colors.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limited stock, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 10–14 natural days and shipped from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Standard international shipping takes approximately 10–15 natural days after the order is dispatched. Warranty
All products sold directly by Kawaye are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use outside the product's intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kawaye, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
